The Miller Lofts project was brought to fruition with the use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and New Market Tax Credits (NMTCs). Fountainhead adaptively reused the warehouse site, recognizing its highest and best use through financial projections. Recycled product was used, as with crushed concrete for the parking area. Completed in 2014, the project added community value to the growing neighborhood of Manchester with a fitness center, gated dog park, outdoor pool, bocce ball court and grill patio.
